Founder & Principal Consultant

Sabrish built ICG-SK from the ground up in Regina, Saskatchewan — starting in 2013 with a vision that technology and AI should be accessible to the owner-operated businesses that form the backbone of the Western Canadian economy, not just large enterprises with IT departments.

His background spans 25+ years across enterprise technology, business transformation, and operational consulting — with direct experience inside organizations like Accenture, Xerox, Deloitte, SaskPower, SGI, and ISM. He's worked at every level from the frontline to the boardroom, which means he understands both the strategic picture and the operational reality of making change stick inside a real business.

What drives him isn't the technology itself — it's the moment a business owner sees what their operation is capable of when the right systems are finally working together. That's the work.
